The Weekend of April 9th-11th, Reinhardt Men's JV scrimmaged two of our Select boy's squads
Reinhardt Hosts Impact's 04 Boys
On April 9th, Reinhardt JV hosted our Impact Boys on their home field located in Waleska, Georgia. Kickoff was at 7:00 P.M. Our boys started off the game with high energy and were creating dangerous plays against the college team for the first 20 minutes. Reinhardt took advantage of an opportunity and broke the deadlock with 18 minutes left in the first half. Shortly after, the 04's reacted with a goal of their own! The teams were even at the break 1-1. The second half became a thriller with a total of three goals, Camilo got himself a brace scoring two goals and Impact 04's secured a 3-2 victory away from home!
After the game Reinhardt's Head Coach Joey Johnson, went over to invite the boys to come out and train with them. Johnson also stated, "local kids stay in touch" when speaking to our Select boys.
Impact Hosts Reinhardt at Badger Creek
A couple days later, Impact hosted Reinhardt's JV team at Badger Creek. This time our 02 boys scrimmaged them to prepare for an upcoming College Showcase. The game was well played by both teams. After 90 minutes, the scrimmage ended with a 4-1 victory for Impact's 02/03 National League team over Reinhardt Men's JV squad. They left the weekend with a win, and are now ready for the showcase on April 17th-18th!
